Shipping Options
Standard Delivery
- Most standard delivery orders ship Fed Ex, UPS or U.S. Mail-Parcel Post. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery:

- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via USPS Priority or Fed Ex. Additional charges may apply.
- Orders to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam and the Pacific Islands will be shipped primarily via Priority Mail. Additional charges may apply.
- Orders to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped primarily via Priority Mail. Additional charges may apply.
- Hazardous items cannot be shipped via Priority Mail or off-shore via FedEx®.

Order by 1:00 p.m. (PST) and receive your order in 2 business days (by 7:00 p.m. local time).
Expedited 3Day® Delivery †
Order by 1:00 p.m. (PST) and receive your order in 3 business days (by 7:00 pm local time).

Standard Ground Delivery †

† FedEx® requires a full street address. Rural addresses require a phone number. This service available only for in-stock merchandise shipped from our warehouse and not available to addresses outside Continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Pacific Islands, Canada and International), APO, FPO or Post Office boxes. Certain orders may be cost prohibitive to ship at express rates; additional surcharges may apply.

Truck Deliveries
Our Trucking Surcharge is based on a Commercial Address, some Residential addresses require an additional surcharge. We will contact you if there is an additional surcharge for your Residential address before shipping. Please do not accept any shipments that are damaged beyond use. For shipments with minor external damage, open the shipping container(s) and inspect goods. If necessary, refuse the shipment. If either of these things occur, describe all damages in writing on the carrier's paperwork prior to signing. If you discover that the merchandise is damaged after you have accepted the delivery, contact our Customer Service department immediately. They will provide the assistance you require.
